Crescent Islamic Montessori School is a non-profit preschool founded by the community for the community.
We have the distinction of being the only Islamic Montessori school in the greater Portland Metropolitan area and have been serving the community since 2004.
Our mission is to provide a developmentally appropriate program based on the principles and philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori and the recommendations of the latest research in early childhood education encapsulated within an Islamic atmosphere.
We understand the concerns of Muslim families and our primary objective is to provide a solid foundation in Islamic studies and reinforce Islamic values in a nurturing environment.

Primary (Ages 3-6)
Each program consists of its own weekly theme and activities, so your child has something new to anticipate with each week.
Transition Class (2.5-3.5)
Our programs are curated for two different age groups, so every lesson offers the appropriate level of engagement for your little ones.
